Title: The Grime diggers do it again "More Added"

Charles, Jan, and I went out today and it was hard going but we did manage a few finds. I'll post mine and i hope Charles figures out how to post his lol

The silver is from Cigarette holder, pipe mount... Maker is Ben Wade.....1902
(registered Nov 1883) But the Date letter is pointing to 1840 ??

Any help on this please ?

Thanks Ceri, Charles found a cracking Mary Groat and a silver cross which is sadly in 2 pieces. Just waiting on him to post photos.

Nice finds guys - I would be adding a touch of super glue to the crucifix.

I can't quite make the wriitng on the one item out is it a plant/tree label or luggage label?

.....the name on the brass plate with thick leather on back say,s v carter...tunstall.....
