Been detecting about 6yrs and found silver coins of every century from 1200's to 1900's except those of 1700's, then a few of weeks ago i found two stuck together!

Great result Soft Top. That Anne looks a lovely coin, Taff will probably be crying in his coffee when he sees it Cheesy

Quality finds Soft Top and I dare say the Queen Anne is worth a few shillings - if you excuse the pun! Grin

I got to agree with Cheffy on this, poor TaffLaff will be spitting coffee all over the place when he sees the Anne! Only the other day he was rambling on about wanting to find an Anne coin!  ;)I am sure he may have been her in another life!

Great finds - well done

Funny how it works sometimes; finding two 18th c silver coins from each end of the century is also a turn-up. I never bother with beaches normally, maybe I should.  Wink Well found.
