Anybody have an idea? Both from the same field and just a few yards apart.
Pewter but that's about as far as my knowledge goes..

Thought I'd better modify this post as the bangle type thing was found as described but last week - not today.

I think artefacts are great to find. I get more of a buzz finding this type of object than I do coins.

I think they are the handles off a pot, probably 18 century.

Possibly drinking vessel.
