Title: Pasture today
Post by: scara on July 18, 2016, 10:25:38 PM
Out for a few hours this afternoon with my newly purchased replacement detector C Scope 4mxi,on a pasture field whilst waiting for the crops to be gathered, soon  :)
The field has in the past been ploughed you can see the ridge and furrow marks. it has had cattle on it until recently so the grass is nice and short.
The George 11 has fared better than the others, it is an Irish halfpenny you can make out the harp on the  reverse. The one with the hole punched through it is a George 111 halfpenny, as is the other coin.
No idea what the item is above the round buckle , it is clearly broken and has a feint pattern on the front.

The only problem today was the bloomin sun, not that I am complaining.  :)
