Here is a coin weight i found obverse has a male figure holding a sword in the right hand and a sceptre i think in the left hand. Reverse is a hand and inscription 80 rvp. any more info would be great.

I found this info elsewhere, which I believe to be correct:

This coinweight was made in Antwerp about 1540-1575 - the hand mark identifies it as being from Antwerp. The weight is for one of two gold coins, either a reaal of Emperor Charles V (shown with sword and orb) if it weighs about 5.32 grams, or for a one third reaal also known as a Carolus gulden if it weighs about 2.91 grams. These coins were minted in the years 1521-1556
