Looks like it may be Maximian , but the portrait pic is quite blurred, any chance of another one, nice to find one you can see what it is, great find.

That's a better pic, still think it's him but may be wrong, haven't got a comprehensive enough book on it, It's Sol on the reverse with a T and P? in the field.
