Looks very much like a token to me maybe one of the "to hanover"types.
With a reverse of George mounted on a horse spearing a dragon .....maybe lol

It's a half kopeck coin called a Denga (100 kopecks = 1 rouble)

Well, you've got the top picture upside down - looks like a date of 1750 to me Smiley
