This is the remains of my first hoard (i say first cos i want to find another one...lol). I was using a machine from tandy that cost me £15 a long time ago it was the mid range one at the time that they sold. (i still have it)
£15 was a lot to me back then. it goes to show that you dont need the most up to date £1000 plus machines to find stuff.
It was found in a back garden about 5 meteres from a house in france.
there were more coins, i cant remember exactly how many but over the years they got lost/ used for other things.

Missing bits i can remember consist of 2 silver half francs. both got glued to plain zippos lighters when i was about 15/16 ish. One zippo was given to my girlfriend to use when camping, which she lost, the other i kept and lost.
One of the coins had a hole in the middle(made that way) and my brother was wearing around his neck on a loop. not sure where it is now.

It looked like they were buried in the 60's probly by the previous owner of the house as the latest coin is dated 1965. It also looks like the were burt at some point .
