Second I think may be two bits of a buckle? Third is flat on the back. I'd go with you on 2 being from a Georgian buckle and I would hazard a guess that 3 is another sword hanger in the same family as the one below, think scabbard rather than belt ;)

Lead round thingy, possible toy wheel off a car, I found a similar spinning top on the web but none appeared to be made of lead.
