Back to the Groat field and the one next to it yesterday, a selection of finds, shame about the roman bracelet its been well beaten up!! mostly grots but had the hammered penny to make up for it. I had to take a picture of the badger set it was such a deep looking hole more like a cave entrance I wouldn't want to see the badger that lived there so I never hung around long. Its testament to the Deus it is capable of finding a tiny minum in such a deeply cultivated field (see picture). I  Don't know how I am going to get through next week the Mrs is of so no detecting.....still I will be back with a vengeance after as more fields will become available. Good luck to you all next week anyway. Wink Wink

Well done on the finds, once again.  Consider next week as a bit of a holiday Paul. There again, maybe not. I bet there's a list of jobs lined up  Roll Eyes  still at least you've got plenty of practice on the digging side.  Grin
