just bought  a jvc camcorder and memory card in the box got disc for pc usb cable but no instruction how or if i can take film off camcorder and put it on pc can anyone help please  Undecided

I've got a similar one and I use a cheap SD memory card reader. I remove the SD card after filming, fit it in the reader (see link) put the usb plug in my PC, wait a few seconds for the folder to open and then drag the movie file onto my PC's desktop. You dont need special software. I've used VLC Media player that is free to download and use with your videos
