saxon ( gavin ) took a trip out on his own today.due to me and viking (ray ) being injured for the time being.i sent him to a farm in the raglan area.we,ve only been on the once in the past with the best find going to myself with a william 3rd six-punce.lot of buttons. buckles.and the regular georgeans..i always said to him its werth another crack in the near future.. this afternoon he phoned me up to tell me he.s had a lovely full crotel bell.so he popped in on his way home for me to take a shot of it and put it up for I.D..he also found 2 other artefacts that could also be tops of crotel bells.can anyone tell me if they are tops of crotel bells please.welldone gavin great find mate.. ray.
