Ok My first weigh in.

This week I changed the following.

Cut out all alcohol
No White bread (Granary instead)
No refined flour
No white pasta
No White Rice (Brown Rice Instead)
Have walked far more (Easy as I dont have a car anymore)

Weight Loss  9lbs

firstly welldone tafflaff 9lb first week is a great start fella keep it up..

myself ive been dieting for just over 2 weeks.i was 13.11lb i am now 13.4lb..4lb lastweek  3lb this week...well pleased i am...i think its off my chin.

Can't help myself Cheffy = too open I guess ??  Everyone should be so though - in my humble opinion???   I've been cynical too Cheffy - still am probably - there must be some good left???   Ray I think is a good example  Huh
