Monday 15th Aug 2011 - 13th Weigh IN  16 Stone 03 - Weight Loss 2lbs lbs - Total Weight Loss 49lbs

2 lbs lost this week. I cant wait for the kids to get back to school, need to get back into something resembling a routine, yes yes yes routine is boring but without routine my house turns into somethin akin to the recent riots well publicised on the tv.

On an up note , I've managed to start a Job from home, working with schools. Really looking forward to starting!


Onward and up !   errrr..... I mean Down!

Ok so I've put a load of weight back on since August - No surprise there for me. Its a hard time of year to lose weight but as I now have a treadmill, not being able to get out walking should no longer be an issue. I'm back up to 17 Stone 12lbs  Thats an increase of 1 and a half Stone  Angry.

Dw members helped me a huge amount last year I'm sure I'll get encouragement this year. Wish me luck guys and Gals.

As always I will weigh in every Monday.

2012 Start Weight

2nd Jan 2012 - 17 Stone 12 lbs (First Target 17 Stone)
9th Jan 2012 - 17 Stone 08 lbs

Yick, not a great week. My back has been awful but I have mostly stuck to the regime and even managed 1 HOUR on the treadmill (2 sessions). Salad stuff is so bloody expensive at the moment I've had to stick to more vegetable orientated meals. Oh yes and I was 17 stone 12 starting , not 17 stone 9.....oops!

Always try to do a brisk walk after eating but the cardinal rule is, 'Never eat after 9pm' (unless you intend to walk it off)

its more doing what i should rather than what i want. with this diet i cut iut all alcohol, white breads, pasta, potatoes and go wholmeal. Increase exercise to at least
half hour a day- depending on how my athritis is on the day
 half gor a day
