Yea hanging apples from the ceiling on string, you had to try and bite the apple,  dunking apples very good fun,
and my lad don't go out any more for Halloween, he told me tonight that tomorrow night he will be in his bedroom with his headphones on so he cant here the door,    last year only one turned up at our door, and that was about 5pm,  we had loads of sweets to eat the next day.

When we were young kids a mate of mine always insisted on apple bobbing at his birthday parties. Something about putting my head in a bucket of water full of snot and kid spit never really appealed to me tho so I always opted out! Not my idea of fun ta!
