Myself and keepmeteethinthe jar had a trip across the bridge to a beach today
I can’t tell what beach it was for obvious reasons but they film Gavin and Stacey there
, no more clues, well someone had been there recently with their pulse judging by the pieces of cruddy iron and a car headlamp surround. We managed to winkle out a few pre-decimals between us but once again the BLING eluded us
, after about an hour or so my machine decided it was time to wind me rite up and started going haywire with false signals
well I was having none of that so I decided to gently wiggle the coil lead connection at the control box this worked, it stopped altogether
, after 20 minutes back at the car trying to fix it, it soon became apparent the wires had broken and would have to wait till I got home, dilemma was now what to do? 10 minutes later I was sat on the beach in me gortex and wellies with fish and chips watching me mate digging holes, very pleasant considering
, the worst thing is we decided to take me mates car today and I forgot to put my spare ultimate coil in his boot, after 20 odd years of detecting you thought I might have learned something eh!!
