Finds and date please

Been busy and first day out for a while. I have a George II Irish halfpenny here I think, any idea of date range, the round iron thing I think may be a hub cap of sorts and an unusual SECOM token I think maybe a modern car park token from the USA how it ended up in a field in Wales beats me. I think the handle thing may just be modern tat. However anyone know what it is will help me.
