I was talking to Phil (coleggwent) earlier and mentioned that I haven't seen the new White's Spectra V3 at a DW rally or any rally come to that.

Does any member on here own one?

I wet to the the Leisure promotions rally at kings down with RARE atv the end of the rally I noticed a man with a SPectra v3 when I asked him what he thought of it he said he was Just starting to get to grips with it   Huh while looking at some of the best finds of the day he kept enquiring what machines where used Grin does this tell you something either he was unhappy with the Spectra or he did,nt know how to use it properly  Huh

I had one for a time but only because the price was so low I couldn't lose. Eventually sold it on to someone taking a very small camper round Europe who wanted something to cover both land and beach detecting.

He's now sold it on again. Good performance if your prepared to work at it but there's better land and better wet beach machines so I would say your better having two detectors rather than go for the jack of all trades master of none option.
