Neil as got two nice pictures of my roman on page 1 of the rally report - any identification i would be very grateful. The reverse shows two victories holding a shield.

There is also a pic of my horse boss by Geoff further on in report. I will carefully clean the coins and try and get some pics on here as well. Although the hammered? is very worn and although I can make out feint markings no picture is going to do it justice and I think identification is going to be impossible.

Still chuffed to bits over my roman, just hope this is the start of some good finds  Grin

Well done again Jon. The Roman is Constantine I, Two Victories reverse as you said. It's from the Trier mint and was struck AD 318-320.
