can anyone tell me how to reduce a size of a photo i take pic of my coins in micro but find the file is too big at times to download Cheers Kevin Title: Re: coin photos Post by: Tafflaff (Rob) on March 31, 2010, 01:24:56 PM Hi fella , common question on here.
1/Open your pic with Paint 2/Click 'Image' on Top tool bar 3/Click on Stretch/skew on drop down menu. 4/You will see 2 100% figures in boxes Replace these with 30% and press ok 5/ Click file -----save as 6/ Name your file 7/ Make sure you save it as a JPeg image not a 24 bit bmp file like it will try and prompt you. Title: Re: coin photos Post by: zorro on March 31, 2010, 01:30:51 PM couple of ways kev
1 (assuming the pic is stored on your pc already and you have vista) open pictures--open the pic you want reduced click open (top right) on drop down menu select paint click image click resize/skew.. reduce the horizontal and vertical amounts (say from 100% to 60%) click ok close paint then when asked click save there are other ways depending on what image software you have...if you have office picture manager let me know and i'll post another way if you want Title: Re: coin photos Post by: zorro on March 31, 2010, 01:31:37 PM or there's Robs way ....could have saved myself a load of typing there :-[
