Hello to all,yesterday I was singing the praises of Nigel and co at Regtons.
Today,i have to sing the praises of all those at NOKTA/MACRO detectors based in Turkey.
Unfortunately,Macro had through NO fault of their own,had an initial problem with the lugs on their coils.
Well,i happened to be one of those whose coil lugs broke.
I had bought my MACRO RACER from a reputable dealer second hand,and  so I contacted the sales and marketing manager(worldwide) Dilek Gournley of he MACRO/NOKTA metal detecting company to see what,if any manufacturers warranty was left on the machine that I had recently purchased.I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email saying that they would give me a year on the machine as well as the coil,well as I said, my coil lugs broke,and today,just two days after getting in touch with Dilek.Direct from Turkey via express delivery courtesy of D H L courier's received a brand new MACRO RACER
stock coil,including a new coil cover,plus new through bolt,washers, and nut,
Absolutely free........just gotta say...thats incredible customer service don't you think ?
