Title: Surprise find!!!!! Post by: Mrmayo on August 25, 2013, 03:11:30 PM Had a nice morning detecting on a friends permission found plenty of old pennies lot of nice buckles some lovely military buttons and then................I here my son shout dad I think I've found a .................hand...........grenade :o I then turned round to see him standing there with it in his hand!!! :( :o ???, I said slowly give it to me son :-\ I then walked to the nearest hedge and placed it on top of a post and said let's go sit in the car for a moment, I then called the police and just left it with them as they confirmed it was live with the pin rotted away :o.......... Maybe we won't say anything to mum about this boys, lol........... ::)
