No kev no markings , it looks like its the complete item , its too small for a spoon handle i think

Kids bracelet is rolled gold

ring is 9 ct with SANS DEPARTIR inside , probably an engaemant ring

2 LIZZY THRUPENCES AND 1 GEORGE

1 VICCY PENNY , 1 GEORGE

HAPPENIES  ARE 1 LIZZY  3 GEORGE 1 VICCY

A decimal 1/2 p

And an unidentifiable coin

You had a good day, I cant see the end properly but it could be a Roman ear scoop or it does look a little like a small Roman latch key (yes they were that small).
