Lots of finds there Paul and what a nice place to go detecting, what detector do you use and are those dry sand finds?

Hiya m8t...and thanks for all the replies...

I use an Explorer II they were 99% wet sand finds and i use the SEF 15 X 12 Coil

to very good effect...its a killer combo on any wet sand beach...PaulB. 8)

Nice one Paul. I went detecting on Carbis Bay beach near St Ives last week and I found 2 tent pegs, 2 bottle tops, half a beer can and a piece of wire!
What's your secret, mate?

lol lol I Started with a design built out of practical wireless by a radio ham friend of mine
was a B.F.O. with no faraday sheilding and every time you brushed it over the ground
or wet grass it sounded off!!! i could only find items to a max.depth of two inches lol.
Actually it was longer than that i started in 1962...so yes i am well old  ;) :D
