Hi pete would it be possible to have a look at the gold coin ive put up in the finds forum and see if you could identify the symbols on the back of the coin as some one said if its got a e castle on it its very rare but i havent got a clue thanks mate.

Yours is the standard type, Spink 3651. Still a very very nice find though.

The extremely rare one has a little elephant and castle below the bust, like this:
