I want to thank everyone for their encouraging comments,  shame i didn't get to go to Blackwood.
a mate of mine who is a D/W member went,   and said it was a good day.    i will certainly try and walk over it Grin  i will have to stick with my tracker V for now

Have a possitive attitude right from the word.

Seems crazy I know, but more than once I have stood setting up my machine oh the field with my mate Linda, and we have both said what we were going to find, and we have found it!

Honest. Happened when I said I want to find a siliqua as I had not found one yet, and first signal it was one! And with a gold hammered, and a seal.

Has worked for Linda too, but all I say is get on that field with 100% posstive attitude  Wink

Sukisal I can remember your posts on another forum saying you were going to find something and then finding it, perhaps you and Linda should come to a DW rally and let some of the luck rub off!  Grin Grin

Nice to have you on board Sukisal! I think we have spoken before on Detectorist - you are more than welcome here. We seem to have had an influx of Detectorist members since John joined and I posted Phil's buckle. Which is good news.

Have a look at the rally reports for an idea of what we find on our monthly or there abouts Rally trips. They are members only and we are the only website that do this in the World on a regular basis. We charge just £5 in wales and £6 when we venture over the bridge.

Thanks very much Neil, I was recommended this site by my friend Jade.

I have looked at the rally section and am really impressed, plus stunning scenery!

And that buckle! Well I can honestly say I would rather of found that than any gold coin ring etc.

One of the most stunningly beautiful works of art I have seen come up!
