Looks a bit like a knife whose handle has rotted away (made from wood or something)

To small for a knife, it measures 70mm but with the tip off more like 75_ 80mm

FLO had a look last night and confirmed that it was a knife which probably had a bone handle, dated medieval/post medieval.
