Hi

Found a small acorn mount yesterday that was still attached to the leather, was wondering how to go about preserving it, would renaissance wax do the trick?
Strange it looks as though it's been 'cut out' as well.

Cheers
Herbie

Hi Herbie
Do you know anyone with Horses. We use NEATSFOOT COMPOUND to soften and preserve the leathe on saddles, bridles etc.

Renaissance wax is used on leather to preserve it. Should be as dry a possible to start.
