Hey Des.
 i ought to take the free bus to cardiff on the X4,  go to China China all you can eat in St. mary's street. half way up, opposite the market and howels,  weekdays from 12 till around 4.30,

 a very large selection of main food,  then  a very large selection of deserts,
£3.99 with your bus pass, though you won't need that. they'd see your a senior citizen  lol.
 no hang on, its gone up to £4.50 now.
 i called in there a few times last year with my grandson before coming home,  didn't even have to pay for him cos he's under 5,

 i love it,

get a couple of plates of this down you,  though  the chinese use a lot of rubbish in their food too,
