Title: toyota hilux surf Post by: bajero on October 21, 2010, 09:00:34 AM have a toyota hilux surf 2.4 turbo diesel (kreg) that I am thinking of selling. Currently off the road therefore no mot or tax.Needs two new batteries and the tailgate window needs attention, possibly motor, and other odds and ends- not immaculate but 4 new tyres on alloys and runs ok.Had a new head fitted.Has not been used for a while therefore to b fair I can only sell her as spares and repairs- buyers responsibility to move the vehicle. Open to offers

Title: Re: toyota hilux surf Post by: dances with badgers on October 22, 2010, 04:40:32 PM just thought you would like to know that you can get away with just one battery on the two battery models of the surf.mine works fine with one.if you go on the toyota hilux surf owners club there is a guy called stormforce who travels all over buying dead surfs because he breaks them to sell the parts off. send him pictures.good luck
