Only joking you should be good happy hunting had loads from Devon beaches :) Title: Re: Beach detecting in Devon Post by: melonhead on September 30, 2011, 06:57:52 PM they are great have a look at Gary ql's utube vidios at exmouth beach i went there last year and i found 7 pound coins in one hole and thought i would brag about it to a detectorist comeing up the beach as soon as i told him he said last night by the dunes he found so many coins he had to go home early as he had no pocket space left

Title: Re: Beach detecting in Devon Post by: sinky on September 30, 2011, 08:20:33 PM l2 weeks ago i was on exmouth c front and wham 4 inches under the wet sand 1897 penny tanner 1946 a 1951threepenny bit and 6 quid in new dosh also on sandy bay beach over 3 nights i found between 7 and 10 quid was there on one of the sun deals also on the camp there are two sand pits 4 the children to play in so after they all whent 4 there t wham i was in them and had about 8 pound 50 p so if i was u mate go and injoy your self .the low tide 4 next week in exmouth is 3 o clock in the afternoon sunday then add an hour on for each day enjoy im happy with what i found sinky . 8) :) ;) : ;D
