Greetings from "the Wirral"

Hi All
One of my detecting friends told me of this forum, so after creating an account I wanted to say hello from "the Wirral".

From the rear of my house I have a good view of North Wales, Anglesey and Snowdonia, so not a million miles away.
I must comment though that the forum appears to be very friendly with regular updates with quite a few DW rallies arranged, which I look forward to attending one or two sometime.

Been detecting for about 3 years now and currently own a T2 with some success, but not as productive around here as other locations in the UK, hence looking for new venues and people to visit and meet.

I must admit, it is quite nice especially the night view with the lights showing an outline of the hills and when the sun sets out west over the Irish sea. (should have been a poet, lol)
