Where am I?

A welly boot day yesterday, never known the fields to be so water logged, every hole dug just filled with muddy water. Anyway, must not grumble, I did manage a few finds:-
2 silverised bronze roman pot fragments
1 lead bag seal
1 badly worn and damaged hammered, but still my first for 2016
1 don't know what, but it does have the shape of a Roman Brooch. Any thoughts would be welcome.

Well done you wittsy for making the effort.  You're either braver or dafter than most of us. It's official, just been on the news. Eglwyswrw, over your side of the bridge is near to taking the record with 80 consecutive days with rain.
Nice hammy, even if it is broken and hope you're right on the other finds.
Now go get the hose out and get cleaned up.

Thank you Valerie. I'm definitely not brave, so must be the other. Definitely right about the pot fragments, as they form part of and match previous fragments currently with FLO so pleased with that, there must be more there somewhere.

I think we need a couple of those old steam ploughs on our fields wittsy   Wink

Probably loads there but just a bit too deep for the modern plough and new regs. on depth.

Thanks Chris, yep those Headphones suit me well and I look pretty cool with my woolly hat pulled over them as well.
