I found this on the surface whilst pulling a ring pull nearby, any ideas on how old it is, what its worth and what it is? cheers

It's a door latch mate - I have the same one on each of my interior doors to stop the cat going where he wants. Sorry to break the bad news but they are £3 for 2 of them in B&Q.
