After finding the half sov. within 5 minutes of hitting the field, I spent hours there (always the optimist) covering the ground.
Found the Georgian cufflinks after about two hours, then the apothecary weight (I know what they are now Neil  Grin )
The pyramid shaped solid bronze piece , I haven't a clue what it is?
Then on the way out the little piece in the middle, thought it was part of a fibula at first , then I thought maybe older, seems to ring some bells somewhere, anyone know what they are?

the solid bronze pyramid might be off the handle of a dagger

the other bronze thingy looks modern to me? but cud be wrong

You are right on the pommel RB, thanks for that , the other piece is quite old, have found the occasional Roman brooch on there but then again it may be medieval, bugging me at the moment!
