I find quite a few of these ,I think they are some kind of safety cap. I was thinking possibly crow scarer but would really like to know .....Puzzled

some sort of safety device,be carefull radnor could be allsorts lying about undiscovered. our area saw alot of activity during ww2 .

i think your right Stu,  quite a few come up, but i havent seen any in that good a condition before,
