Clearing out my finds pouch today and after seeing the picture of the medieval seal , I thought this item that I found looks similar (or is it just me imagining it) I found it in the stubble field by the road where the above mentioned seal came out of can someone ID  it for me and also this other object I think that it is a barrel tap ? but not to sure
