How do people, my self and Keepmeteethinthejar.......had a raiding party over the bridge today, it started well with little or no resistance at the toll bridge Roll Eyes Roll Eyes and 45 minutes later we found our selves on beach Cool with another 5 detectorist's already hunting ???and close to 100 people walking, and as many dogs Shocked we had a good 90 minutes before low tide, so got stuck straight in, finds were few and far between thou, so we concentrated at the low tide a place I personally do not do that well and today was no exception, so we decided to have a chat with a couple of the other detectorist's and in particular I caught up with Mike with his GT Wink thanks for telling me Mike I walked of leaving my spade Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed out of the 7 detecting , 2 were Mikes and 3 were Pauls !!! this was to be a coincidence because within 30 minutes my next signal was a 9ct mans ring with the initial....P.. and it fell to me Grin Grin all in all it made for a good day, nice to chat to you guys. Well just herd the forecast for tomorrow it doesn't look good and they have gave warnings along the north Somerset coast, Minehead,  Burnham, Berrow,  Brean etc not to venture on the beaches or sea front Roll Eyes Roll Eyes so I'm just debating to go down Huh and see if it whips some sand of, well there are low tides after all, will see what keepmeteethinthejar.....thinks, may go back over the bridge to a different beach, good luck and swing low Wink Wink
