A question of ethics ? Really want to know

One of my permissions had been regularly detected for about a year before the chap apparently gave up and told the farmer he was not finding much. I don,t know what he was doing as in the two years I have been going there I have had 11 hammered, seven milled silver, loads of bronze and coppers. Plenty of buckles and even my first three roman even though their were grots amongst plenty. Get in and enjoy yourself. Its the farmers land and what he says goes.

Wherever you detect particularly in Wales. someones been there before you. it can be slightly awkward using land that was once detected by someone you know. but as its been 10 odd years  ........ fill your boots i say !
