Title: A few coins from a new field
Post by: zedex82 on June 14, 2011, 08:52:50 PM
I have been detecting a new field and I have found a few nice coins

George III penny
Edward VII coronation medal

Also found an object and I have not got a clue what it is.

It has four dots on one side like you would find on a dice and a cirlce of 7 dots on the other side with one dot in the middle

Interesting Zedex, I must admit I'm tending to think along the same lines as Maxine in that it's a hem weight if it is it will be made of lead, but as to why it is decorated well that's another question.
