Hi Doc, or anyone else interested.

I was out today with a colleague who is fairly new to the hobby and he pulls out this bronze object about 3 inches long.

Neither he, or i know exactly what it is. I think its a bronze dart but am open to suggestions. [the long ridge is also on the other side as well, .... if u stand it on its base it looks like thunderbird 3  Grin Grin]

is it solid or is there a hole/cavity at the thick end to mount it onto a shaft or any type of loop or mounting point  Undecided

there is a hole at thick end Mike, but no loop or mounting point

FLO has confirmed the object as being a middle to late Bronze age spearhead.
