Like you I managed a couple of hours this afternoon at Coppitt Hall end of Saundersfoot. Sand very 'lumpy' across the beach and lots of pebbles in places not usually seen. Didn't find much, just a £1 coin, which registered as copper (strange) and 2p plus several bits of ali. and a bit of lead. Lovelly weather this afternoon though and enjoyed the beach for a change. Val p.s. forgot the silver coloured token. Saw it lying on top of the sand and ran the Safari over it. Quite dismayed that it didn't register. Found out why when I picked it up.....it's plastic. ::) Says GIOCATTOLI-VAMA- with a Roman head on one side...thought I'd struck it lucky..ha ha. |
