Well, it's a difficult one because most of the distinguishing marks are obscured  / worn.

It's a mid - republican coin - c. 130-120BC I think. The closest parallel I can find so far is this one:-

So head of Roma one side / other side quadriga, with 'ROMA' in exurge.
