They really do try so hard = new scam on me

Watch out peeps theres a new scam in town, Just recieved an email from a scammer called Goldie Medhurst
It reads as follows

Dear Citizen
We are contacting you on behalf of local traffic violation bureau
Our cameras have detected that the driver of the vehicle associated with your personal number on March 10 2016 has committed a violation of the rules with a code 55830
please see attached documents proof.......

Yeh like Im really going to open unknown attachments !! BTW traffic violation 55830 is USA and I dont remember being in the states on Thursday
