 NIce one Ian.  Thanks,  the woman next door told me about it last week so i came in and looked it up,
 Good job she didn't except the museum's offer isn't it,   they said they couldn't afford  the full value,  but it could go from £250,000 upwards they said, hmmm

the bm EXPECT to have all treasure item's on the cheap and theres not a lot most detectorists can do about it
