Title: Tax Post by: rjm on May 10, 2011, 07:38:37 PM How true is this. Scary At first I thought this was funny....Then I realised the awful truth of it. Be sure to read all the way to the end! Tax his land, Tax his bed, Tax the table At which he's fed. Tax his work, Tax his pay, He works for peanuts Anyway! Tax his cow, Tax his goat, Tax his pants, Tax his coat. Tax his tobacco, Tax his drink, Tax him if he Tries to think. Tax his car, Tax his gas, Find other ways To tax his ass. Tax all he has Then let him know That you won't be done Till he has no dough. When he screams and hollers; Then tax him some more, Tax him till He's good and sore. Then tax his coffin, Tax his grave, Tax the sod in Which he's laid. When he's gone, Do not relax, It’s time to apply The inheritance tax. Accounts Receivable Tax Airline surcharge tax Airline Fuel Tax Airport Maintenance Tax Building Permit Tax Cigarette Tax Corporate Income Tax Goods and Services Tax (GST) Death Tax Driving Permit Tax Environmental Tax (Fee) Excise Taxes Income Tax Fishing License Tax Food License Tax Petrol Tax (too much per litre) Gross Receipts Tax Health Tax Inheritance Tax Interest Tax Liquor Tax Luxury Taxes Marriage License Tax Medicare Tax Mortgage Tax Personal Income Tax Property Tax Poverty Tax Prescription Drug Tax Real Estate Tax Recreational Vehicle Tax Retail Sales Tax Service Charge Tax School Tax Telephone Tax Vehicle License Registration Tax Vehicle Sales Tax Water Tax Workers Compensation Tax And Now they want a bloody Carbon Tax ! STILL THINK THIS IS FUNNY? Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, & our nation was one of the most prosperous in the world.. We had absolutely no national debt, had a large middle class, and Mum stayed home to raise the kids. What in the "Hell" happened? Can you spell ’ lying parasite politicians wasting our money’ ? And then, there are the bank charges ! Title: Re: Tax Post by: Jassy on May 10, 2011, 07:50:59 PM country is a shambles..... :-\

says a lot! Title: Re: Tax Post by: rjm on May 10, 2011, 09:24:11 PM nearly all the above were intoduced by the CONs! says a lot! I don't know about that, but I do know Labour have taken this country to the brink of bankruptcy :'( The outgoing Labour chancellor even left a note saying no money left and seemed quite proud of the fact. Title: Re: Tax Post by: Chef Geoff on May 10, 2011, 09:34:56 PM Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, & our nation was one of the most prosperous in the world.. We had absolutely no national debt, had a large middle class, and Mum stayed home to raise the kids. 100 years ago this country was raping the worlds resources through the British Empire. We may not of had to endure taxes but the lives of millions of third world "subjects" paid for the middle class parasites to maintain their lifestyle. And as for "Mum stayed home to raise the kids", well I wouldn't go anywhere near educated women, your life expectancy may be quite short ;D Title: Re: Tax Post by: Val Beechey on May 10, 2011, 09:40:11 PM Hey, don't knock it. My Pension has just gone UP £2.99 a week.
100 years ago I'd have been washing sheets for the big house I'm now hoping to find in a field full of goodies. ::) Val Title: Re: Tax Post by: WeLsH Boi on May 11, 2011, 09:03:04 AM viva la revolucion!

Title: Re: Tax Post by: Rob Two Spades on May 12, 2011, 05:23:13 PM The sad thing is that when people have not been elected they sit with the people and their policies are fair and reasonable. As soon as they have power (regardless of what party) they are only interested in lining their own pockets directly (expenses scandal) or indirectly (grovelling to businesses to get a future backhander or a future consultancy position). They tax us so much it's hardly worth working; and then they waste the money on wars, stupid regeneration schemes and corrupt international aid schemes.
