Having not long got out with my detector and living on the Island I have scanned that beach lately in all weathers and tides lately I am jealous! What machine are you using, Was it at low tide? Hi Marjie...nice to hear from you..... I use the Explorer II with a 15 x 12 inch SEF coil and this was found about 10 inches down in wet sand at low tide...towards the nap end of the beach....cheers PaulB.
