Title: 1st silver ring this year Post by: dances with badgers on January 28, 2012, 06:49:08 PM alright peeps,i went to hunt for the yellow stuff again today but only managed this silver buckle ring on the upside we think the date mark on it says its 1730 and made in edinburgh but cant be 100% sure so could be my oldest ring yet and the first silver one for this year weehee.
feel free to corect me on the hallmarks but the only one i can make out is the A date stamp. it was black when it came up and i thought it was a brass one lol.also met up with wayno,db4 ( the dodgy old fella ) and andrew passing clod.i dont know if the others had any luck. ;) Title: Re: 1st silver ring this year Post by: Villan (Neil) on January 28, 2012, 07:00:45 PM That's a nice find DWB ;)
