Out today and the usual worn old george and then managed two bits of silver a 1933 threepence and a lovely young head vicky shilling 1871 which in the book seems to be a good year  ???  :-\

Nice finds. Not sure what you mean by a good year though - 1871 is amongst the commoner shillings of Victoria.

thanks doc but in the book and had a quick look on the intrenet 1871 young head shilling one of the rarer ones  ??? so thought i best check  ;)
