I think the main problem is that as there is no portrait on them and they have a non Western alphabet on them, then there are few people who can read them / collect them.

The one of the left reminds me of Mughal states / Sikh Rupees - there is a date on the left hand one - in Arabic it looks like 122 - there is definitely a digit missing from this date (and it depends on which 'era' they are referencing). The coin on the right is an Indian-type script.
